Company ProfileSpecializing in Sub Rosa Worker Comp and Personal Injury Fraud Surveillances allows Baugher Investigations to apply full and complete attention to the needs of each surveillance customer. Larry Baugher is a former Sergeant with the Ventura County Sheriff's Department who during a 30 year career in Law Enforcement gained experience in Internal Affairs, Burglary, Narcotics, Vice, Criminal Intelligence, and Organized Crime Units; with ten years of experience as a supervisor in those Units. As supervisor he organized, supervised and participated in numerous surveillances of suspected offenders, overseeing the documentation and photographing of suspect movements, including those of child molesters, violent offenders and murder suspects. . Larry Baugher has testified as an expert in both State and Federal Courts on the use and sales of narcotics. He possesses an AS Degree in the Administration of Justice and has received over 1000 hours of instruction in various areas of law enforcement. He has taught training classes for several organizations in the area of narcotics. He is a member of the Professional Investigators of California Association (PICA) He is a past member and a District Governor, Central Coast District of the California Association of Licensed Investigators ( CALI ) Larry Baugher is a member and past President (1991) of the 6,000 member California Narcotic Officer's Association (CNOA) and currently sits on the Executive Board of that organization. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Peace Officer's Association of Ventura County
